I've dedicated over a decade to refining the art of teppanyaki, bringing this technique to stages across different continents.
My purpose is to elevate teppanyaki into an experience of precision, presence and human connection — designed to endure over time.

Miguel turns up fully equipped, sets up in a 2.5 × 2 m space and gets the grill ready around your guests.
